Who we are
Devi Arts is operated by Sunilkumar & Ratnadevi Gogula, registered in the United Kingdom. You can reach us by WhatsApp on +91 89718 27679 or via the form on our Register page.
What we collect
- From the registration form: name, email, phone, date of birth, parent name (if applicable), how you heard about us, your art interests, and a fee-payment screenshot.
- From class participation: photos and videos taken during classes (used only with your consent — the form asks).
- From this website: we use a single essential cookie to remember whether you've dismissed the cookie banner. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
- To enrol you in the class you registered for.
- To send you payment instructions, class schedules and material lists.
- To showcase student work on our website and social channels — only with your consent (you can decline on the form, no penalty).
Where it's stored
Form responses are stored in Google Workspace (Google Forms / Sheets / Drive). Class video calls are conducted on Zoom. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone except these processors as needed to deliver the service.
Your rights
If you are based in the UK, EU, or California, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw consent for photos/videos to be used.
- Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
To exercise any of these, message us on WhatsApp or email godeviarts. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
For students under 18, we ask the parent's name and consent on the registration form. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental involvement.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Significant changes will be notified by email to enrolled students.
