Refund & Cancellation Policy

All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Course minimum is 3 months. Please read these terms carefully before paying.
1. Non-refundable fees
Once payment is received, fees are not refunded for any reason — including missed classes, change of mind, schedule conflicts or technical issues on the student's side.
2. Missed classes
- Classes from one month cannot be carried forward to the next month.
- Make-up classes can be done within the same month, scheduled on a weekday other than your regular class day.
- Each make-up class can be scheduled only once. It can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Make-up classes cannot be rescheduled in case of no-show or last-minute cancellation.
3. Pro-rata exception
A pro-rata fee adjustment may be allowed once a year, only if the student must miss two consecutive weeks or more due to family vacation or emergency. This applies only to students who have been enrolled with Devi Arts for over six months. The decision rests with Devi Arts.
4. Withdrawing from a course
If you wish to stop classes, written notice must be given at least one week in advance. No refund will be issued for the remaining months.
5. Cancellation by Devi Arts
If we cancel a class for any reason — bad weather, technical issues, public holidays — we will reschedule it at an alternative date and time. We will inform you at least 1 hour before the scheduled class by email, call or messaging service.
6. Online class connectivity
For online classes, we are not liable for internet disruptions on the student's side. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule classes affected by significant Wi-Fi connectivity problems on our side.
7. Disputes
Please contact us first on WhatsApp +91 89718 27679. Most issues are resolved with a conversation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the laws of England and Wales.
