Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to anyone enrolling in a Devi Arts online or in-person painting class. By registering, you agree to all of the points below.

1. Fees

• All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Monthly fees for in-person classes are due on the 1st of every month.
• 3-month online courses require a one-time payment.
• No refunds are given for missed classes for any reason.
• Pro-rata fee adjustments may be allowed once a year, only if the student must miss two consecutive weeks or more due to family vacations or emergencies. This applies only to students who have been with Devi Arts for over six months.

2. Make-up classes

• Classes from one month cannot be carried forward to the next month.
• Make-up classes can be done for missed classes, scheduled on any weekday Monday to Thursday, other than your regular class day, within the same month.
• Each make-up class can be scheduled only once. It can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Make-up classes cannot be rescheduled in case of no-show or last-minute cancellation by the student.

3. Withdrawal & cancellation

If a student wishes to stop classes, written notice must be given at least one week in advance.

4. Class cancellation & inclement weather

• If we need to cancel a class for any reason, we will inform you at least 1 hour before your scheduled class — by email, call or messaging service — and reschedule.
• Classes cancelled due to bad weather or administrative reasons will be rescheduled at an alternative date and time.
• For online classes, we are not liable for internet disruptions on your side. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule classes affected by significant Wi-Fi connectivity problems.
• No classes are held on public holidays, festivals or term breaks. Classes falling on these days will be rescheduled.

5. Liability waiver

I agree and understand that Devi Arts and its representatives will not be held liable for any injuries or damages not caused by, or resulting from, the negligence of the owners, operators or persons in charge, their agents or employees, in any establishment on or off the premises.

As a student of Devi Arts online or in-person classes, I will faithfully comply with the rules and regulations. Lessons are not conducted on national holidays and festivals.

6. Confirmation

Upon receiving your completed registration form, payment details will be sent to your registered email address. Further details about materials and class schedule will be shared after the initial payment.

By submitting our registration form, you confirm you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to them.

7. Governing law

Devi Arts is operated from the United Kingdom. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
